3 MONTHS AGO I REALISED MY ALARM WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY IN MY NEW HOME . ADT CAME OUT AND TESTED IT TO LEAVE AND GIVE ME AFFIRMATION THAT IT NOW WORKS.I REQUESTED A REFUND FOR THE MONTH THE ALARM SYSTEM WASN'T WORKING AND WAS TOLD IT IS BEING PROCESSED-TO THIS DAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED WHAT WAS DUE TO ME. THIS PAST WEEK MY HOME WAS BROKEN INTO; THE ALARM DIDN'T TRIGGER AND THE HAD THEIR WAY IN MY HOME. MANAGEMENT IS REFUSING TO EXPLAIN HOW THIS HAPPENED. I AM CONTINUALLY TOLD I WILL BE CONTACTED, YESTERDAY I WAS ASKED TO HOLD AND WAS SIMPLY IGNORED. ALSO, THEIR EMERGENCY NUMBER PUTS ONE ON HOLD WHEN CALLING IN AND I FIND THIS FASCINATING SHOULD ONE ACTUALLY BE IN TROUBLE. THEIR TECHNICAL PERSON (SHANE) CAME OUT- I ASKED THAT HE NOT FIX THE PROBLEM YET. HE IGNORED MY REQUEST AND JUST TOLD ME AFTERWARD THAT; "IT WORKS" AND WANTED TO SIMPLY LEAVE. THIS WAS AFTER I TESTED IT WITH ADT'S AREA MANGER AND FOUND THAT IT WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY AFTER THE INCIDENT. I HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR AN EXPLANATION AND AMICABLE SOLUTION. I FEAR THAT MY FAMILY IS UNSAFE BY US USING ADT. IN MY OPINION THIS COULD AFFECT THEIR GOING CONCERN BUT MANAGEMENT REFUSE TO SPEAK TO ME.I WILL ESCALATE
