I have requested a quote on 13/3 for some work to be done, I paid the money for the quote on 19/3. Everyday I phone to find out when the work will be done, everyday the say someone will phone to make an appointment. Yesterday I spoke to Michall Wittel she said she will phone me back before close of business! nobody phoned yet. This morning I phoned again with no luck, somebody will phone me back. I need an answer. If I battle with this I don, t know how they will respond in an emergency.
