Bad Service and response on moving my alarm

We moved from one house to another. after about 3 weeks i was living in the other house and still did not have my alarm. ( after I've already paid R1100) for the moving of the alarm and another R250 for an extra "eye". then after they installed the alarm they did not have the siren so now i cannot hear if my alarm is active or not as I'm using a remote. its now almost been a month after I've paid and they have taken the monthly premium as that will never be a delay for that, and guess what. I Still do not have the extra "eye". after they have already installed the alarm about 2 weeks back

Only to find out that my alarm is not even working properly. found that out the weekend. i phoned ADT to inform them about all my problems and guess what i still have no answer or reply or nothing. I will Certainly not be extending my contract with them when this one expires.

By the way if i did not phone a very Kind manager i would most probably not even have the system today.

I feel this is unacceptable for a paying service.
