Worst service

We had an attempted brake in at our office on Wednesday night. yesterday we had no power on our alarm system and had to spend money on an overnight guard. We have a person living on the premises with no security who's life is in danger. This morning they said they will be here at 8 and 2 ours later still nothing and no feedback. When we phoned them and we asked where are the guys and so forth they said arrogantly ''I don't know what the big problem is''

I would not advise this company to anyone from this point on. Due to the fact that when you need them most they don't supply the service or give you any sense of security.
