The worst security company ever.

We had problems with our alarm installation since day one. They send out there technicians several times, and then the alarm will be working for two days and off again. The last time the technicians told us that there are rats in our roof eating the wires. If you see rats eating the clients wires why don't they put the wires in conduit pipes? This is a service we are paying for but get no results. Our alarm has been off for two weeks, I phone Leoni who apologized to us and arranged to have the technicians come and sort out our alarm system on Sunday. We changed our plans on Sunday for the technicians to come and sort out our alarm but no one came. Today we are cancelling ADT's services and do not recommend them to anyone.
