TIRED OF BEING WOKEN UP EVERY NIGHT BY FALSE ALARM

For the last 2 years I have been trying to sort out this mess. I have spent over R 100 000 upgrading my Alarm system to suit A.D.T due to false alarms. Up till now I am still getting calls on a daily basis for false alarms. The technicians have been out on numerous occasions but cant seem to find the fault. In any case how do they test an alarm during working hours?? correctly???
I would like to express my extreme frustrations with A.D.T as Its becoming just like Telkom when you call the call center, I have been put through to 4 different departments and re- transferred till i get cut off. I JUST WANT TO GET HOLD OF THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT PLEASE!!!
I really would like to change my security company but in doing this I have to put a whole new system in, can you believe that no-matter how much money you spend, you still get no service. My workshop was broken into over DEC 2013. and guess what!! I paid no attention to it as I thought its a false alarm again. Who can handle getting woken up every night for a false alarm? I'm strongly against anyone signing up with A.D.T in Alberton area. Think again!!!
