No Response from ADT after a Week!

I received a statement in the post from ADT. I have a problem with the statement, phoned them on 07.01.2013 call centre was unable to help me. E-mailed them on 07.01.2013, confirmed they will respond to my quiry within 24 hours, still no response from them. Phoned call centre again on 10.01.2013 they were still unable to help my resolve my issue. Whent to their branch office in Witbank, I've put in a written complaint, they confirmed they will phone me with regard to my issue, up untill know I have had no phone call from ADT
