I bought an ASUS Phonepad from Incredible Connection on 25/5/2013. On 8/7/2013 I took it in to them for repairs on 8/7/2013. After not hearing from them I emailed and phoned the call centre, I was contacted on 4/9/2013 and was told they would contact me within two dayd. Up untill today 27/9/2013 I have not heard from them. I phoned the call centre and was told they would phone me back within an hour. Three hours later still no Phone call. I phoned again and a "smiling" consultant told me that head office had told her not to phone me back. This has also been the case with phoning ASUS head office themselves, no feed back at all. A week after buying the product the price was reduced by R500. Not at all happy
