ADT bad service from their contractor PRO - ACTIVE

ADT is suppose to protect us but how can they do that if they employ contractors to install an alarm system in your home which almost never works and which never gives you any good service I have complained to ADT numerous times about their contractor Pro - Active Alarms and the way they handle the complaint is ridiculous like they are saying sorry not my problem. The branch manager at Pro - Active Alarms, Hennie Rossouw is just useless you always have to phone him for feedback on your alarms system or beams that needs to be fixed due to lightning that struck our beams twice last year and we have had bad service from this company from day one and he never bothers to give you the service that you deserve and PAID for, not to even start with account promblems we have had with them! I seriously want to cancel my contract with ADT due to this company (PRO-ACTIVE) and their bad service at ADT!!!
