I have requested to speak to Louis in order to sort this out but she refused so I had to place this on hallo peter. I have requested a quote to put a door sensor on my sliding and one on the trap door and was given a quote to the amount of R866.00, what a ridiculous amount cause the call out fee is R462.00, absolutely ridiculous and not on. I mean really now. Also they still have not dealt with my other Hallo Peter complaint that I placed. Its so long that Hallo Peter actually sent me an email saying they have to remove my report off the system, thats how long its been... absurd really.
