I recently had ADT security called in to come and follow up on false alarm activations. They then responded by sending there technicians to investigate what was causing the fault. The technician apperantly tested all sensors as well as the system and claimed all in order. However on my follow up the same day I notice that two of my windows were never fixed and indeed the magnets on the windows aren't working (two different room windows). I then called the office to request that the technician came back to rectify and fix as per qoute, but i was told that the area manager would call me to me the following day to arrange for this. He called the following day and we arranged for Saturday pass, however we still waiting, i subsequently left a message with the call centre who promise that Bradley Vaugh would call me, but i am still waiting.

My question is do i pay for qoute issued eventhough i believe they did not comply or delivered on their promise?

Please advise.
