STILL WAITING ON A REFUND

Ive requested cancellation of membership on 26/02/2013. I received a reply stating that the cancellation will be loaded straight away. I noticed that money was deducted from my account up until end April. I contacted them and they advised that headoffice did not cancel membership. I've logged a complaint on Hallo Peter and a lady promised that both refunds will be attended to on 15/05/2013 on approval of head office. I forwarded all correspondence. I have not received my money. I phoned Planet Fitness Soneike again and the admin personnel is forever busy or systems are offline. I'm not waiting on Felicity to give me an update with regard to my refund. Trish Tsikada (Customer Care Agent) answered me once or twice on my complaint but now fail to respond to any of my emails. I'm waiting on 2 refunds and I cannot believe the poor service and all the effort I need to go through to get people to do their work. Next step I suppose is to lodge a complaint via Consumer Protection. If I see the amount of complaints on Hallo Peter with regard to Planett Fitness Soneike it is obvious that this gyms administration is a nightmare.
