EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Having read all the negative reports on hallo peter re this establishment, I was very hesitant to take my Mercedes Benz Coupe AMG to them for hail damage repairs. Seeing my insurance gave me a limited option of Mercedes Benz accredited panel beaters, I decided to take a chance.
From the 1st day I walked in to get a quote, I was treated like a VIP.my damages was assessed, and finalized with the insurance company and as arranged, I took my car in on the 9 th of December 2013, and lunchtime on the 10th of December I was contacted to inform me my vehicle is ready for collection. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. A 36 hour return time is unheard of. Take note, I had extensive damage all over and if I had to count all the hail bumps, there must have been in excess of 50.
On collection of the car on the 11th of December, I inspected every nook and corner and all was 100%. My car was polished and clean as a whistle. These guys deserve a bells!!!
Its clear after my more than perfect experience with them, that its clear, that with every complaint as on hallo peter, there must be 2 sides to a story.
