I lodge i complaint with Standard banks credit card division 3 weeks ago Ref 33278738 and nobody responded to i lodge a complaint on hallo peter and Samantha Ontong responded to the hallo peter complaint. It's now a week later and Samantha Ontong has still not given me a letter to advise that my Standard bank credit cards are settled and closed. How is that for bad service. Samantha doesn't even respond to my emails.
