Cell C Debit my account without authoritation

Hallo Peter My name is Daniel Petersen Cell C has messed me around i have cancelled the contract with them on the 2nd of August i have phoned in saying that the amounts R1598.14 and R323.95 has been paid they should have cancelled the contract and i have made an arrangement to make them take off the last amount so the contract can be cancelled completely and still this did not happen so i paid the last amounts in R470 and R200 the 12th of September. This morning they still took money from my account and the amount was R952 which i don't know where it came from and how this amount was used, because i do not use this Cell C SIM card the contract was cancelled a long time ago please help me sort this out i can not remember the person who I spoke to, but this amount needs to get back into my account.
