Since the last complaint on hallo peter about 2 weeks ago complaining about not receiving my refund as i had cancelled my course, has not been resolved to date. I have not received my refund. Nadiemah Parker had been assigned to assist me with the relevant paperwork and every time i send an email querying my payment, the reply is that they are awaiting feedback from their finance department... i mean for the past two weeks! She had initially told me that my cancellation had been signed off by their principal in 2012, if so, then why is my refund taking so long? They keep prolonging it and then eventually nothing gets done about it. This is ridiculous! i shouldn't be having to send numerous emails regarding MY MONEY.

i had sent through my bank statements on the 16/01/2013 which was more than a week ago. i had sent an email requesting for the relevant persons name and details to speak to in the finance department and up till today no reply to my email.

No one should have to go through all this when considering studying!
