ADT wrongfully had a double debit order run on 1 March 2013. We have now be trying for 4 days to get hold of the accounts department to arrange a correction and reversal with no avail! They are very quick to take your money, but when it comes to paying it back, its a whole different story... And you just can not get a hold of them! How do they conduct business?
