QUICK TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT!!!

My company has been trying, unsuccessfully, for the last 4 months to get back an amount of money debited to our account with no authority given to ADT for this particular transaction. Almost all telephonic transfers to the accounts department end with being cut off after being on hold for 5 to 10 minutes, and similarly, to the direct number of 011 321-4575 given to me by the customer care line. I have been put on hold once before by ADT when my husband and daughter were being hi-jacked in the driveway - seems like they haven't fixed the internal problem yet! Their only successful business activity seems to be installing systems and debiting accounts.
