Double debit order deducted

I have arranged with MTN to just take my debit order again as my debit order came back, so they said i must phone again the next day because it has to be arranged before 10am in the mornings, so i phone back the next day to arrange it... they informed me that they will charge me extra because the debit order came back, witch i have no problem with, then they took off a DOUBLE debit order on the same day... this is almost R1000... when i phoned them today to let them know, they just said i was loaded double by 2 different consultants and i am in advance on my account... then i said i do not want to be in advance, i want my money back.. then the explaining and excuses started... now they say the money they TOOK BY MISTAKE will only be given back to me within 3 working days... i want to cancel my contact... but i can only do so in September... or pay in... they took this money from me without me agreeing on that amount...!!! :-( P.S this call took 31 min and 20 sec EISH
