Taking money thats not yours is illigal

I got an sms on Tuesday saying that you were debiting my account with the remaining outstanding balance to my account . i called in on Tuesday to say that ADT were meant to sort out the account and i have on several occasions sent emails to accounts and head of management to say that you have double charged me on radio fees and a battery that i had to buy myself and until it was rectified i was not paying . i was told someone would contact me back and i have called again on Wednesday and still nothing. after 10 phone calls back and forth and people saying they will look into it and get back to me i have had no response. NOW you just going to debit the account i dont think so . if you debit my account it is agents my will and i will take it up with my lawyers. you have already taken money that doesnt belong to you and if people would do their jobs properly this would have been resolved months ago

i am telling you now i do not give consent to taking that money .i have tried yet again to get a hold of someone but there is no luck as usual
