Absolutely PATHETIC!

Cartrack has handed me over to debt collectors TWICE! The first time was shortly after I had their unit fitted. I made payment by cheque to their branch in George for a years tracking in December.By the following February I started to receive calls from their accounts dept. telling me that if I don't pay they're going to hand me over. I told them over and over that I had paid for a year by cheque in their branch in George. According to Cartrack staff, they do not have a branch in George. REALLY?! Finally 1 staff member with half a clue found my payment. As an apology they told me my account would now run from March - March as they had not been monitoring my vehicle due to the 'non payment'. This past December their accounts dept call me again, threatening to hand me over due to non payment. I told them that I was told my account would be running til March due to their incompitence. Then they tell me that they shouldn't have said that! WHAT?! I cancelled the account, received confirmaiton of the cancellation and the lady told me if there was anything outstanding, they would contact me. THEY NEVER DID, AND NOW THEY'VE HANDED OVER THE ACCOUNT AGAIN!! This company is PATHETIC!
