Quick repsonse but still not 100% satisfied!

I did receive a quick response from FNB Galleria but I'm still not satisfied. I did receive the money back that was illegally taken from my account as well as the reversal of my R35 'debit order reversal charge' which is back in my account. However, I'm struggling to understand how it's been made so easy for these criminals to access our accounts and help themselves? Who is accountable to whom here? Is anybody going to take responsibility? I've done some research on the internet regarding this matter. There are so many people, especially in KZN, who bank with FNB, that are having the same problem. It's been a problem for a VERY long time. There are random amounts of money being illegally removed from their accounts and FNB comes back with the same response. There's nothing we can really do about it. Open a case with SAP.
Well, honestly, I beg to differ. Our banks should step up and take responsibility for our money. I know I trust my bank to keep my money safe. This is bound to happen again and again as it has with so many others. I will not be paying to get my money back again! I believe it's time my bank, FNB, lives up to its motto "How can we help you? "
