Bad service from ADT, don't use them

I would just like to send my formal letter of complaint and absolute disgust in the appalling customer service that has been provided to me by ADT.

Yesterday night there was a break-in at our house we lost an items worth R16 000 while the alarm was active, how did that happen? i have been told this morning by Mr Richard Zindela that a Technician will come and check the alarm and now it's 5:46 nobody come and when we follow up we were told that there was no record of that request and we must pay to Standby Technician after everything that happen to us you still want pay.

I am disgusted with your service i want that contract cancelled with immediately effect.
