Buffer report urgently

On the 09/11/2013 there was burglary on my house we call ADT to come assist, the ADT supervisor of the pat strolling guys come and check if our Alarm system was fine, he pick up that my alarm was never switch on for a very long time and we switch on our alarm everyday even at night.
He said he will send the report to his office for the technician to be sent out till this day no one come.
I have a claim that was rejected because of my alarm is not on a working condition as they got a report that state's my alarm is been three month not switch on and we always switch on the alarm.
