Thanks for nothing ADT Security!!!

I would just like to send my formal letter of complaint and absolute disgust in the appalling customer service that has been provided to me by ADT Security. In February 2012 I had contacted ADT (Janice Song) via email and requested that the pet friendly passives be installed at the premises to which I had moved. Well it is now March 2013 and this was never done, so I have been paying ADT over R300.00 per month for a service I could not use. I sent numerous emails to ADT during the course of 2012, but of course nothing was done...

I was not informed that my contract with ADT had expired, but ADT happily continued debiting my account! Surely once a customers contract expires, ADT needs to contact that customer and ask if they would like to renew their contract and get permission to continue debiting their account? I requested a copy of my contract from Janice Song on 18.02.2013 and I still have not received it.

I also pushed the panic button on my alarm, and guess what? ADT don't even bother to send someone out to check on us. They just call repetedly on my cell phone when I could be being held hostage or worst... I could be DEAD!!!
