Not delivering the service promised in contract

I had a tracking device installed in my car on Saturday 2 February 2013.

The device is in my car for not even a month, and I already had hours and hours of trouble with it. I went through my contract again this morning, and I spoke to Avery at the call centre. If the problem is not fixed today, I will take further steps and you will hear from my attorney because I am really not willing to pay for something and I do not get any value for my money. I've made sure with every phone call this morning that all my calls are recorded. I will keep all my correspondence as well as all phone records as proof of how many times I've tried to fixed this problem with no joy from Netstar's side. Netstar, on the contrary, threatened me that I will be liable for the cost of the remaining time of the contract. I am satisfied that I've done everything from my side to settle the problem.
