POOR SERVICE - UNKEPT PROMISES

I have a Netstar early warning device in my vehicle and right from the fitment of it, within the last six months, the system will trigger itself while driving and the alarm would go off. I would have to reset the device s I was driving. This problem was raised with Netstar and they would re-set the system each time. On Monday 25/02/13, the alarm once again was triggered. I phoned Netstar again to have the problem resolved. 5 phone calls later within one hour, I was promised that a quality inspector and the fitter would attend to the problem on my vehicle in Benoni. There is no service from the customer service centre, they either drop the call or transfer you to a fitment centre where no one knows what is happening. If I was in charge of that service centre, there would be a HUGE clean out of USELESS EMPLOYEES, they do Netstar NO SERVICE at all. Today is Wednesday 27/02/13 and a 6th phone call has to be made to see where they are! I am now promised they will be attending to this problem tomorrow. If they don't arrive by 3pm tomorrow, I will cancel the contract and take my business to another service provider. Netstar, you have 24 hours to fix the problem!
