Terrible service and fitment

The installation of my tracker devices was supposed to be done last week. The technicians who came were arrogant, rude&complained the entire time. They were not dressed in the Atech Netstar uniform. They didnt inform me of what they would be doing, neither did they show me the device or certificate of the device. They unclipped my bumper (again not telling me they were going to do this). I am paying for the vehicle, no one else&no one has a right to interfere with the body work without my permission. When I asked why this was done, they became more rude&arrogant towards me stating I am not supposed to be there when they are installing the device. If they damaged anything with the bumper or the electronics I will hold Netstar responsible as this is not supposed to be done. When I tried to ask them questions, they responded very condescendingly&didn't even tell me the procedure when something has to happen. I don't appreciate service like this&am very angry at this point for the way I was spoken to, the lack of professionalism&the interference to my vehicle. If this is the type of service we are receiving now, how can we feel safe that everything is installed properly&tracked correctly
