After requesting my BMW650i to be removed on Fri 26/04/2013 03:55 PM via email to 'Altech Netstar CustomerServices I have had no feedback that it has been removed. My statement from 11 May 2013 10:02 still indicated that the car has not been removed. Numerous calls were made and no feedback received. I applied for a tracking device to be installed in my X6 and no feedback received or scheduled date. I then phoned the call centre again seeing that the previous owner had an Altech number sticker I figured I could save time by activating the device rather than installing a new device. I requested this via the call centre and they could not test or add it and told me thet someone will come out and fix the tracking device which was installed by previous owner. After another few phone calls and no service or scheduled date after 2 weeks I decided to move to a new tracking company for my BMW X6. To my suprise the June 2013 Statement from Altech already had the X6 listed after I signed the contract with the new tracking company. I requested Altech to remove the vehicle and they want to charge me R458.33 for cancellation but no service or installation done and no confirmation or feedback.
