I have been phoning CHubb since early December because each time my alarm goes off no one bothers to phone me. I have done all the correct steps in checking my alarm on a monthly basis and when i did a check again in December it was not working. The lady who was checking the alarm with me said she would get someone to phone me. No call. Went away most of December with a un alarmed house. What am i paying for? Phoned again early January and have noted several people i have spoken to and still with all the promises no one has returned my call. I want ~Chubb to come and take their equipment that does not work and leave. I need a reliable company that when i am in trouble i am guaranteed help. Chubb does NOT offer this service to me. I also want a refund for December and January. I feel that is a fair request. I am going to cancel my debit order. They are useless. Take me to court re my contract. All is documented with no response for two months. They just not bothered.
