Sick and tired of service received from Chubb!

On 8 April I complained about a similar problem, was contacted by the Area Manager who apologized and stated that it would be investigated. Last night we were not at home but my in-laws, who live on the same premises in a separate house, called us to say that our alarm was going off and that they had tried to contact Chubb but could not get through. As we were about to call Chubb ourselves, they phoned (a few mins after the alarm had gone off). We informed them that we were not home and that someone should go and check the premises and we were told that they were on their way. After approx 25 mins, they still had not arrived so my husband contacted Chubb to find out where they were. When the operator answered, he gave his name and addy and without listening to what he had to say she asked him to hold!! What if there were intruders inside already?? When she came back on the line and my husband informed her why he had called, she said that they had been sent. They arrived approx 45 mins after the initial call! Today my husband called to complain and the area manager contacted him. He told him he would SMS his contact details immediately for further problems-he is still waiting
