I contacted chubb about two months ago with regards to our alarm being activated and chubb not informing me. I was informed that they are not receiVng any signals and then informed me that it may be the battery. I got our alarm guy out (note that this guy is an ex employee of chubb) and he replaced the battery and tested it and chubb received the signal after that. our alarm guy also informed us that we need to ask to replace our radio that they installed because it is an old radio and not the newer type (note i have joined chubb 2013). Since then our alarm has been going off and chubb does not receive the signal anymore. i asked our alarm guy to come to check if everything is okay. I spoke to Anthea at Chubb with regards to the radio and she informed me that i will have to pay for chubb to come and check out the radio. So chubb tell me why must i pay for you to come out to check you own radio? This thing is faulty. I also asked Anthea if i cant cancel my contract cos there service is pathetic and she informed me that i will have to pay 3months advance? This was never explained to me nor was i told that i will have to pay twice in year the annual communication fee. sort this out pls
