Bad service and alarm not working and reponse

I honestly don't know what to say about your service any longer. I have phoned Chubb regarding not coming out when my alarm goes off last week the 18th of November. I then got told that they cannot pick up a signal of my alarm and got told I must test it often. Wow!!! This is the first!!! I didn't even know that seeing that it's the first time we have a alarm in our house and that you must test it. Surely if Chubb can't get a signal then they must immediately get someone to contact the client and tell him this because they are the experts and we are paying them for what again??? for a security service.

After my complaint nothing happened and yes I have booked for someone to come out. Then on Friday the 22nd of November I phoned Chubb in Bedfordview going off on the lady that assisted me and after the whole complained again I have booked for someone to come out for Monday the 25th of November... Well... today is the 27of November and still nothing. My house is unprotected and I am paying Chubb each and every month on time for this service. What is going on Chubb?? can I cancel my contract with you? Because I've had it now.
