No service from Chub alarm out of order 13/12 /13

On the 7th of Jan '14 I complained about my alarm not working since 12/12/2013. I recieved a response from Chubb which said I can call the custermer call centre any time, this is a joke because everybody blames the next and promise you they are sorry and will solve your problem. You get the run around and being put through
to the next person ending up where you started. On Friday morning 8h06 the head of technical dept phoned and promised me he is sending someone out to sort out the problem, needless to say I am still waiting and still without an alarm since the 12th of December 2013 and still paying for no service. Hope something will be done because I am sick and tired of Chubb security, I will tell everybody I know to stay away from CHUBB security. Please help me because this is bordering on breach of contract, wonder what will happen if I stop paying, maybe then I will get a response.
