No Feedback after reporting Reckless Driving

On Sunday 5th January 2014 at around 3:20pm a CSS Tactical vehicle with flashing lights overtook me from the left lane of Jan Smuts Ave heading towards Hyde Park. It then swerved across all 3 lanes of traffic and turned against a red traffic light in front of oncoming traffic into Rothesay Avenue Craighall, just below the Colony Shopping Centre.

When I returned home I immediately went onto the CSS Tactical website and reported the reckless driving and asked for the drivers details so that I could lay a charge of reckless driving against him.

So far I have written two other mails to them requesting some sort of acknowledgement or discussion but so far no one has come back to me either by email or by cell numbe
