Chubb taking your money but does not delive

The mains of the alarm at my summer house went off on 8 April 2013 according to the records of chubb. Chubb did not report this to me. On 8 August on my return to the house I discovered that the mains was off and therefore the alarm did not work for 4 months. Chubb happily took my money every month for doing nothing. I enquired from the call centre who confirmed all these facts and promised that a manager would call me to discuss. It is now two weeks later and no one bothered to call me, just like they did not bother to call me to inform me that the mains was off. Now I wonder: why do I need to pay them if they are not interested in rendering the service I pay them for and what would have happened if there was unauthorized entry at my hojse during the period the alarm was not working? Will chubb come clean on this?
