Not able to get hold of Chu

A Chubb sales person pitched at my house one morning and after listening to his story and promises about a new free alarm system. I told him that I would not be able to do this as I have a contract with ADT. He assured me that because this is a transfer between security companies, Chubb will handle this transfer and I don't have to worry about anything, so I signed the contract.
A little while after that they installed the new alarm system. The day thereafter ADT called to say that I am not able to cancel my contract. I have been trying to get hold of Chubb to request them to remove my alarm since this day early in January. They do not return calls, they don't reply on emails and there is absolutely NO way of getting hold of this company. If you call the emergency number they always say that I cannot talk to them but they will get someone to call me back to no avail. I have exhausted all avenues and now sit and wait... Not sure what to do from here as I now sit with two contracts. One being.
