Trying to change phone numbers is impossible

I have a security contract with Chubb and it's over a year now, I paid about R8, 000 cash for my system through the Pretoria office. For the past two months I've been trying to change the contact number of the person to call in-case of emergency (when the alarm goes off) and this has rather proven to be a very very very difficult task. Every time I call the Pretoria office I'm sent from pillar to post and I'm fed up. Every time the alarm goes off, the guard comes to my house and this is a waste of time and money all because they don't want to change the phone number. It's been more than a year since I joined Chubb and I've never received a statement through the post or email and hence I don't even know my account number. The only thing I know is that money is withdrawn from my bank account on a monthly basis. I am surprised that such a big company with a good reputation could treat its customers in such a sub-standard way. I am thinking of changing security company as this treatment has made me lose faith and trust in Chubb. Could someone from Chubb hear my frustration and do something to help me PLEASE.
