Great Service form Chu

I joined the Chubb family about two months ago after receiving very poor service from a competitor. My wife and i bought our current house about two year ago and we simply inherited the ancient alarm system and security company. Since moving over to Chubb we have never been happier, we received a free installation and the first month's subscription free. The installer was on time and efficient, we even received pet friendly alarms at no extra cost. We received calls from Chubb asking us to rate their service. On two occasions my little one has pushed the panic button and the Chubb cars are there within literally minutes. Last week my son accidentally switched off the plug which feeds the AV input to the alarm system, we received an automated call to our home telephone when the battery level dropped below a certain point and a follow up call the next day from the Chubb office. We even had an issue with our first month bill as the pro rata portion was incorrect and that was fixed later the same day. What more can i say, except give credit where credit is due. Well done Chu
