In September 2013 I contacted Chubb Mafikeng to cancel my account as their response times were extremely slow. I have had multiple incidents at two of my sites where they either did not arrive or arrived long afterwards. I spoke to Joseph at my local branch and he said they can't improve the response times so I decided to cancel my 2 accounts. I hand delivered him 2 letters to cancel my accounts. He assured me that it would be terminated by the end of December due to the 3 month notice period.

When I contacted the branch in January to confirm the cancellation I spoke to Riya who said she will check the billing records to confirm the cancellation. After speaking to her 6 times in the past 2 weeks she finally told me that Joseph had lost the letters and we would have to start the cancellation process again.

I have not being using Chubb but having been paying them for the last 3 months as agreed but now they want to continue charging for a service I have cancelled over 3 months ago.

Please cancel my accounts OAC1004 and OAA5204 immediately and stop taking my money for a service I have cancelled.
