Worst service I have EVER experienced x 2

Last year we had a problem. No signal. After fighting and dealing with rude people at Chubb 2 months later my alarm was "fixed". Tony from Rock security said he will pay one months chubb account due to inconvenience. This never happened. Chubb still debited me every month. Then I was double billed OCT. Never received funds back either. Now alarm not working for fire, medical and duress after we tested as alarm never went off during power failure a few times over 6 days. Now I have to pay them again!!! Chubb, you are really not what you advertise!!! People trust in you. You do not offer security and when we as customers complain, you are rude!!! Rather will go to another security company that I know for a fact offer SECURITY and not rude overpaid staff who cannot care about their customers. Give me my 1 months money back as promised by Tony and also my double debit immediately back to my bank account which you have as you greedily take monthly. Get your CEO to call me!!!
