Think twice before signing up with chubb. Up on Pushing the Panic Button Twice Chubb first had to call twice to hear if we Really had an emergency and they're not going to waste money coming out. After 45 min one guard arrive. This man got shot at twice before the robbers jumped the wall we had to bring him inside and keep him safe in our home, another 30 min later a second guard arrives and the police 90min after the incident. I really cant believe I was tricked by the salesman who made me believe Chubb are any good. I pay R389 a month for 3 years where their is companies at R250 a month with a 5 min panic response.
Shame on you Chubb stop lying to people. And for final word the Chubb technicians came Here 5 Times to sort out the alarm and now As I write this still my remote on the gate they installed is not working and they have not Yet Asked for the Cod to be able to enter. Ha Ha
