Tracking device

I recently took out an insurance with Kingprice which they stated i must install a tracking device in order to be covered for highjacking and called nestar they came to install the device on the 22/01/2014 but until now when i call them they say they cant pick me up using my id nor the vehicle registeration number i have complained to my insurance and advised them on what i going on because if i lose my car with their recommended tracking company not being able to find it because they cant see even though they said to me to call after 48hrs to test if the device is working today is the 29/01/2014 still its not working i dont know what to do anymore oh i forgot i can actually cancel the insurance and the tracker account due to false promises and breach of contract
