Still billing after services was cancelled

Good day,

Around the 19th of December I contacted Telkom to cancel my service. I was informed that I need to give a months notice, which I understand, and I asked them to continue with the cancellation. on the 19th of January they contacted me to confirm cancellation. I confirmed it. They then told me that I can move the line to my new residence and I said I will do it when I move in during March. For some reason they then didn't cancel the line and they continued to bill me! And now I can't get in touch with them to cancel the service! I've been holding on for more than 30 min and nobody answers!!!
