Chubb
Worst service ever

I have requested in September 2012 that Chubb cancel my 24 month contract in December several times. On the 3rd of Jan the contract was still active and SOMEBODY phoned me back to confirm that the contract can only be cancelled in March as she only received the cancellation in Jan wow... Never the less the contract was eventually cancelled and the a debit order went through on the 13th of Jan... AND once again I am battling to get feedback never mind a refund. Chubb should really up their game or they will be out of business very soon.
