Cancelled my 1 year contract with ADT, since October 2012, i have confirmation from 3 different people, yet it has not yet been done.

This is ridIculous as they are still calling me for and outstanding balance (another years premium)

By the way I write this complaint whilst still holding on the line for someone to assist me, its been 16 minutes on hold thus far... never have I received such pathetic service before. NEVER
