On Thursday the 31 January 2013 ADT phoned me to tell me that I haven't paid for 5 months and if we don't pay within a week they are going to suspend or services. We have a 2 year contract which is fully paid for for the 2 years. When I tried to phoned accounts on the 31/01/13 I couldn't't get through after numerous (6) tries. When I eventually got through to someone, they just transferred me to someone else where the phone just rang for 7 min with no one answering. I tried again to phone on the 1 Feb again, and the same happened got through and then get cut off. On Monday 04/02/13 they gave me accounts number (0861212305) which turned out to be a fax nr. I phoned back the call nr and Estelle said she will take it further and will email me so that I can send proof off payment (for the 2years). I am still waiting for her to send me an email so I can send through the proof off payment. I am fed up with not being able to contact the account department with something that I have already paid for in advance. I don't know why it is my responsibility to get the paperwork to them with a mistake that they made.
