CALLED IN TO HAVE BIS LOADED BUT NOBODY COULD ASSIST FOR 3 DAYS! EVENTUALLY, I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED A NEW SIM, WHICH I THEN BOUGHT. I CALLED BACK FOR THEM TO ASSIST ME BUT WAS TOLD THAT I AM NOT THE ACCOUNT HOLDER (THIS AFTER CALLING IN FOR 3 DAYS AND HOLDING ON FOR 20 MINUTES)! I DON'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE LERATO AND GAZANI ASSISTED ME WITHOUT ADVISING THAT IT IS MY HUSBAND'S ACCOUNT AND THAT THEY COULDN'T'T ASSIST! THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY AND ALSO THE SERVICE IS VERY PATHETIC!! I HAD TO CALL IN NUMEROUS TIMES, GO FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT (PROBABLY TRANSFERRED ABOUT 5 TO 6 TIMES) AND STILL NOBODY COULD ASSIST ME! I AM HAVING MY CONTRACT CANCELLED ASAP AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND VIRGIN MOBILE TO ANYONE!!!
