In October I phoned Cell C to cancell my contract. I was given a settlement amount of R2001.69. I paid the settlement on 25 October and called them on 28 October to confirm. I phoned at 09h45 and received confirmation that the amount is in and the contract was cancelled immediately. Number converted to pre-paid. Now I got a statement from Cell C stating that I owe R2288!!! I phoned Cell C customer service this morning at 08h40 and spoke to a Nkedo. He does not have a clue how to resolve a query. After about 10 minutes of him not listening or not knowing his job I asked him if I should rather log a compliant on Hello Peter. I was met with silence... So. Please tell me why I was given a settlement amount of R2001.69, got confirmation the money is in, got confirmation that the contract is cancelled and then still get a bill for R2288??
Your service has gone from bad to worse.
Please? Do your job, correct my bill and write off the rest of the balance as you have caused me enough pain and suffering! These days the only way to get service from Cell C os to ask Hello Peter for assistance.
