I cant believe i left MTN after 10 years of hassle free service to join this useless and pathetic service of 8ta.
Im spending lots of money calling them to fix my line but still no luck.
My line has been cancelled twice in a matter of a few days.

Still no response. I HATE YOUR SERVICE 8TA AND IM STUCK WITH YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE FOR THE NEXT YEAR AND 6MONTHS?

8ta deducts money from an incorrect banking account then suspends my line, i pay them manualy and ask if that is all i have to pay, i get told yes i then request an email with outstanding amount and imediately i paid it. My line was switched on an 4 days later my line gets cancelled. ITS STILL CANCELLED AND STILL NO FEED BACK!!!

I CANT BELIEVE YOU GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS MUCH RUN AROUND. AND I SEE ON THE HELLO PETER SITE THERE IS ALOT OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS?

IM GOING TO THE NEWS PAPER WITH THIS AS WELL!!!

For the record 8ta with this number being off im losing money daily.
Also keeping your customers happy is good for business, ask the other network providers for some advise.
